Returns, Exchanges & Policies
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Alexis Danielle purchase! We are second generation jewelers and we guarantee all of our jewelry to be authentic as described. All of our items are expertly packed to ensure perfect delivery.
If for any reason you do not fall in love with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Should you need to return any item, we will happily accept the return of your item within 7 days of purchase.
Please follow the instructions below to complete your return:

Items must be packed in the same manner received and shipped via the same service. Once your item is packed and ready, please insure your package. Returns are at your expense and must be insured.
Once we receive your return we will review it to ensure it is in the same condition as it was sent. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of having received the return.
For international buyers:
Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional customs charges. To estimate the Taxes & Duties for your country, you may refer to a duty calculator. Shipping times may vary due to customs delays, but we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Additional Information
We offer ring sizing by our experienced jeweler for a flat rate of $35.
We will ship via an expedited method (either domestically or internationally) upon the buyer’s request.
For insurance purposes, all orders require signature upon delivery, no exceptions.
